About the Sermon Archive
The Sermon Archive is a long-term preservation project maintained by Glinberg Associates. Our goal is to safeguard written sermons, reflections, and community messages that would otherwise remain scattered across personal collections, aging print copies, or inaccessible local files.
Many of the sermons in this archive were originally shared across diverse congregations throughout the mid-20th and early 21st centuries. Over decades, these texts often survived only in filing cabinets, yellowing paper, or tape-transcribed manuscripts. Glinberg Associates established this online archive so these voices and perspectives could remain available to readers, researchers, and future generations.
Every sermon is stored as a plain-text file for portability and longevity. A separate index allows fast searching by title, date, and theme—without requiring user accounts, tracking, or a backend server. The archive is fully static, designed to be lightweight, fast, and compatible with virtually any browser.
Although we preserve these documents, the Sermon Archive is not tied to a specific denomination or tradition. Our focus is historical and literary: to make thoughtful, reflective writings accessible in a clean, readable format.
